The passport portal provides everything you need:

See all current and upcoming eligible shows

Buy theatre tickets

Log tickets from shows you seen

Track your seasonal progress

Once unlocked, access voting from the portal

No need to present your passport at the theatre
Save your ticket stubs, photograph them, and upload images to the portal.
One ticket per production is counted towards voting. Submitting multiple ticket stubs for the same show and time do not count towards 25 shows.
Logging 25 tickets unlocks voting but please continue enjoying the theatre!
Your ticket photos and votes are private.
Your ticket photos are stored privately, they're never published or put on a public address, and the only people who can open one are you and the Board — the Board only when something needs checking by hand.
When you vote, your ballot is stored so that a choice and the person who made it can't be put back together. Not by other holders, and not by the Board either.
Frequently Asked Questions
My ticket was never printed. It's an email or a phone screen.
Screenshot it and attach that. If there's genuinely nothing to photograph, use "Can't scan it? Enter details manually" and key in the show and the date instead.
I threw the stub out, can I still log my show?
Enter it manually, or email us with the order details.
Which shows count?
The eligible productions for this season, and What's playing is that list. A show that isn't on it won't move your number, so check before you buy if you're counting on it.
Does a passport get me in for free, or cheaper?
No. You buy your own tickets at the usual price. What it buys you is the vote.
I logged the wrong show by mistake, can I fix this?
Tell us and we'll take it off. Don't log the right one on top of it and hope the two cancel out.
I won't make 25 shows this season. Can I still earn the ability to vote somehow?Then you can’t vote this season. Your passport stays yours and you start fresh next season.
